Oak Hill is a small city in Volusia County, about 2,000 people (2020 census), just over the Brevard line from Scottsmoor. It was incorporated as a town in 1925 and as a city in 1927. Citrus and commercial fishing built it, and today fish, clam and oyster farms carry on that waterfront work. (Oak Hill, Florida)
Call (321) 220-9883Wells in Oak Hill
Many Oak Hill homes rely on private wells. Being close to the water brings its own problems:
- Corrosion on pumps, switches and tanks from salt air.
- Brackish or sulfur water in shallow wells.
- Storm surges and outages that take out pump controls.

Yes. It's right next to north Brevard and part of our service area.
My pressure switch is rusted. Should I replace it?

Do you work on waterfront properties?
Yes. Tell us about access when you call.
