Whispering Hills began in 1925–26, when Minor Jones laid it out as a golf course community along both sides of Park Avenue, from about Golfview Drive south to Vista Terrace, with a nine-hole country club at the south end. It was never big enough to incorporate and joined the City of Titusville in the 1960s. (North Brevard history)

The neighborhood is on city water, and many of its established yards are kept green by a backyard irrigation well. Shallow sprinkler wells here mostly use jet pumps, and the trouble is predictable:
- Lost prime after the pump sits unused through the summer rains.
- A dripping shaft seal that eventually soaks the motor.
- A pump that runs but only the near zones get water.
See jet pump repair for simple checks you can do first.
Common questions
Where is Whispering Hills?
It's along Park Avenue in Titusville, roughly between Golfview Drive and Vista Terrace.
My sprinkler pump lost prime after the rainy season. Can it be saved?
Usually. If refilling the prime doesn't hold, there's a leak or a bad foot valve, and both are fixable.
Do you only do irrigation wells here?
Mostly, but household wells get the same service.
